Project Overview:

A US-based client managing compliance tracking in Archer faced challenges with data fragmentation, limited visibility, and manual reporting efforts. I developed a multi-page Power BI report that provided real-time insights, automated compliance tracking, and enhanced team-level visibility—enabling more efficient decision-making across multiple business units.

Business Context & Approach:

The client’s compliance program relied on Archer, where various team leads managed their respective lines of business. However, existing reporting methods were:

  • Time-consuming due to manual data extraction.
  • Lacked visibility across different compliance areas.
  • Difficult to analyze due to static reporting formats.

To solve this, I designed a Power BI solution that:

  • Integrated Archer data into a structured, dynamic reporting model.
